2.1 When visiting the website (Server Log Files) When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website (hosted via Wix.com).   • Website from which access is made (Referrer URL)

2.2 When placing an order in our online shop If you order products through our store, we collect the following mandatory information to process your order:

  • Delivery and billing address

  • Payment data (depending on the selected payment method)

Legal Basis: The collection of this data takes place to fulfill our contractual obligations to you under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the contract.

  • Hosting & Shop Infrastructure: Our store is hosted on [Wix.com / Shopify]. Your data is stored through their data storage, databases, and general application behind a secure firewall.

  • Production & Fulfillment: Because we utilize custom manufacturing, relevant order data (shipping address, items ordered) is securely transmitted to our manufacturing and print-on-demand partners exclusively for fulfillment purposes.

  • Logistics: We share your name, delivery address, and, if applicable, your email address (for tracking) with our shipping partners (e.g., DHL, Hermes, UPS) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Payment Processors: Payment data is transmitted directly to our secure payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Meta Pay). We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
