1. General Shipping Information

Rushour operates a sustainable, custom-manufacturing model. To ensure the highest level of "Rugged Luxury" and reduce environmental waste, many of our items are engineered and printed exclusively upon order. Therefore, the total time it takes to receive your order is calculated as: Production Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time.

We currently ship to the following regions:

Domestic: Germany
European Union (EU): Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, [Add/Remove other EU countries as needed]

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination address. All prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).

4. Delivery Times (Lieferfristen)

Unless a different timeframe is specified in the item description, the delivery of goods follows these concrete timelines (including our custom production phase):

Deliveries within Germany: 5 to 8 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Deliveries within the EU: 7 to 12 business days.
Deliveries to International (Non-EU) locations: 10 to 20 business days.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and regional public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest stated delivery time.

5. Transfer of Risk & Lost Packages (Gefahrübergang)

In accordance with German consumer protection laws, Rushour bears the full transport risk for the delivery of the goods. This means we are legally responsible for ensuring your package arrives safely. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit by our logistics partners (e.g., DHL, Hermes, UPS), we will replace the item or issue a full refund.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (Zölle und Einfuhrgebühren)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA), additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties). We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates before placing an order.

7. Tracking (Sendungsverfolgung)

Once your order has passed the production phase and is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
